• Steel rubber elevator belt structure consists of a steel carcass composed of resistant steel cords warp with elastic modules aimed at getting the best compromise between low elongation and good flexibility. Two steel wefts placed in the bottom and in the top cover assure better stability while performing, helping buckets fixing as well as increasing belt resistance against cut and tear.

• There is not general clamping device identification method for any steel carcass rubber elevator belts as any clamping device must be designed according to to belt breaking load, steel cords construction and diameter, pulleys diameter, and holes pattern for buckets fixation.
